You can request deletion of your AccyBuddy account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Email us from the email address associated with your AccyBuddy account:

Please include the email address associated with your AccyBuddy account.
What will be deleted
Once your request has been verified and processed, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account, including where applicable:
- Your AccyBuddy account
- Email address and account identifier
- Saved study progress
- Question history and answers
- Mistakes and weak-area information
- Bookmarks
- Mock exam results
- Study planner information
- Personalised analytics and performance data
- App preferences associated with your account
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.
Some technical logs or backups may remain for a limited period before being automatically removed.
Verification
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the deletion request.

ACCYBuddy is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by or produced by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
